The view from our room was great and we really enjoyed the location which was close to the beach and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

The food and drink options were very limited, and we were disappointed to find out that we had to pay extra for even basic things like tea and coffee in the room. The pool was much smaller than we expected, and there were only two jacuzzis which were always occupied.

Loved the service from the staff who went above and beyond with their hospitable nature. the location was ideal as it was minutes away from the bustling shopping district and close to local attractions. the pool area was a great spot for lounging and the all-inclusive meals had a great variety.

The Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable, but it was workable for our needs. the noise levels at times could be heard from the nearby kitchen which could disturb lighter sleepers.

We enjoyed the warm temperature of the swimming pool and the fun animators of the kids' club.

Some facilities, such as the indoor pool, gym and spa, were closed on weekends and required an extra payment. We also had to pay for the safety deposit box and beach towels.
